Heart coherence

Breathe with the light.

Heart coherence means breathing slowly, about six times a minute, to bring your heart rhythm into harmony and calm the nervous system. It is linked to less stress, better focus and more peaceful sleep.

  • Why a screen?

But why practise it in front of a screen? It demands your attention, gives off blue light, flickers and pulls you back to your notifications.

  • A visual anchor

There are also exercises guided by sound alone. Yet having something to rest your eyes on changes a great deal. Your gaze settles, your attention gathers, and your mind finds a place to rest without getting lost or drifting off into its thoughts. You simply stay present.

  • With SensoLight

With SensoLight, you breathe in time with gentle pulses of light. Its light is pure, free of flicker and light pollution, and soothing sounds keep you company. As the light grows, you breathe in; as it fades, you breathe out. You let yourself be guided, simply, and come back to yourself.

These well-being practices do not replace medical advice or treatment.

“So far, I use the Balance mode (mostly in the morning), Relaxation when I get home from work, Evening, and coherence.”
